My life has revolved around fitness since I was 12 years old. At age 18, under the mentorship of 2002 Mr. Daytona, Manny Sotirin, I realized that the passion that I have always had for fitness needed to become my career. Now, as a personal trainer with over fifteen years of experience under my belt, I am committed to showing my clients how to meet and exceed their fitness goals.

As your Trainer, I will not only help you regain control of your health and fitness, I will give you the tools, knowledge, and know-how for you to continue achieving independent success long after your Program has ended.

As my client, this is what you can expect in training with me:
